Permit Requirement for RV & Trailer Parking

Dear Kings Grant Homeowners,

Please be advised that all community members must obtain a permit from the Kings Grant HOA before parking an RV or trailer on their property. Failure to secure a permit will result in non-compliance with the community covenants and may be subject to a penalty fee.
